The Blue Envelope (mini brand shoot}

When Mandy, the owner of The Blue Envelope, contacted me to do a mini brand shoot for her recently, I was more than eager to get to work. She owns a fun T-shirt line for toddler, kids and even adults! She is the nicest person I have never met :) and everything about her and her brand is about positivity and happiness which I love. She gave me complete creative control on the styling but we worked closely together on how she wanted her brand to be portrayed and I think the little mini models did a great job as well. Every single one of them wanted to keep their age number tee which I think speaks volumes for a brand...if the kids want to keep their shirts...you know you are speaking to the right audience with your designs! Here is a complete look at The Blue Envelope's mini shoot.

Tshirts by The Blue Envelope. Headwraps donated by Little People Rocx. Shoes donated by Nori Brand Shoes and Feather and Filly.

Other handmade brands used are A Little Sweater Shop (legwarmers), Wrare Doll (headwrap), Aubrey Plays. (custom doll), Crew and Lu (black and white skirt), and Free Babes (hair bow).

Photography and styling by Hello Charlie. Photos taken at Wheelhouse Studio in Des Moines.

I’m so glad that I teamed up with Emily to do our brand shoot. I truly feel that she captured the heart of our brand. She kept me informed throughout the entire process and continued to send me updates and ideas. Her communication was fantastic and the heart and soul she puts into her shoots is incredible. I saw a few shoots she did prior to ours and each new picture I saw made me want to go out and buy everything in that store!

One of my favorite parts is that she used pieces from other shops as well. I love supporting other small companies and the items they create. It’s an honor to be amongst some of the most incredible “mom”preneurs.

Thank you Emily for bringing a new life to our brand! We cannot wait to work with you again!!
