Sprouting Threads {product review}

Jennifer of Sprouting Threads contacted me to do a collaboration with her company and I was beyond excited for this opportunity. I read about what her business does and it's so genius for busy parents, growing kids and I thought of many ways this service would be helpful to my friends who have young kids just like me.

Sprouting Threads is a subscription clothing company for kids 2-8. You pay a very small style fee (which is waived if you keep everything you get) and fill out info about your kiddo. You put in their current sizing, weight, height and then you go through photos of current clothing trends and say if you like it or if you don't. Jennifer was going to style all three of my kiddos and honestly it was like Christmas for me. Of course, I was skeptical at first...how would the sizing work and would I even like the clothes she sent?!! I love the element of surprise with the box subscription so I was on pins and needles waiting for it to arrive.

Only a week later I had a Sprouting Threads box on our doorstep, I ripped it open and I had to start with Charlie's stuff. Sorry boys, it's just the way it is! :) I LOVED everything for her. I recognized some of the high end brands and others I was being introduced to which is something I love a little too much...fashion geek. Her two outfits were just spot on for her style and how she likes to dress. She is just starting to get opinionated about her clothing and I knew she would love it all. And guess what ...it all fit perfectly.

My boys are less picky and I still dress both of them daily. Caleb is 5 and his only little quirk is he likes to be cool in temperature. No sweaters or sweatshirts so as his mom, I requested layers and she included a cardigan which I love because then I can put that on him for church, photos or events and he can take it off when he starts running around like a wild man. Miles is 2 and he still goes for comfortable and cute. His outfit from Go Gently Baby was one of my favorites from the entire box!

Ok, I could go on and on about this experience but I think you guys should try it. You can do it often or just once but I think you will get addicted. Everything she sent my kiddos mixed and matched and would make at least four-five outfits for each of them plus tons of great pieces to mix and match into their current wardrobe. You could do this twice a season and be set on when you need cute outfits for anything special: family photos, church, events, etc. but I could also see how I could incorporate these pieces into their every day wardrobe AND use them for special occasions.

Sprouting Threads is offering my followers 25% off their first box which is AMAZING. You guys should try it because you don't have to buy anything...you send back what you don't like or what doesn't fit AND you can re-thread your items for credit once they outgrow them. Use code CHARLIE25 at checkout and please tag me once you do it so I can see what goods you get!!

My kiddos got brands like Joah Love, Go Gently Baby, Appaman, and Tea Collection to name a few. Check out their photos and how cute everything goes together and notice how all of the pieces can be interchanged in each of their outfits. At the very end of this post my kiddos even reviewed their new threads so don't miss that ;)
